Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our processing, delivery, and shipping practices.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM (New York Times) will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather, or carrier delays.

  • Handling Times (1-3 Business Days)   Monday-Friday
  • Transit Time (1-2 Business Days)    Monday-Friday

  • Estimated delivery time within the United States is 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.

  • Total delivery time  + Transit Time (2–5 business days).

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable, trackable services from:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
    Please provide a complete physical street address at checkout.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Returned Shipments

If your order is delayed or tracking shows no updates, please contact us at info@leatherjackets.us.com.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure all shipping details — including name, street address, and phone number — are accurate before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address entries.

7. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (New York Times) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
