Our handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, the delivery time is 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
4. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship orders using USPS and UPS for reliable and trackable delivery across the United States.
5. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please use a valid street address when placing your order.
6. What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
All returns are free within the United States.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

7. How do I start a return?

We’ll send you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, you’ll need to wait for the item to arrive and then request a return.
9. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or full refund right away.
10. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer free exchanges for items of equal value within 30 days of delivery.
12. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
